Area Manager – Established Hospitality Operator – Across the South West – Up to £60,000.

Area Manager – The Rewards

Area Manager – Requirements

  • A high performing Area Manager from a fresh-food, quality hospitality business
  • A strategic thinker who can map out the development of a range of different operations
  • Passionate about the industry and always remaining abreast of changes in the market
  • A team builder who can bring out the best in people and inspire great talent
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service
  • A real self-starter with tonnes of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
  • Ideally 3 years of experience at Area Manager level
  • A genuine passion for food and delivering great hospitality to your guests
  • Knowledge of P&L, rota and stock management

Area Manager – Responsibilities

  • You will be an ambassador for your business
  • You will help manage the region as an Area Manager should; with passion, commerciality and enthusiasm!
  • Running a group of fantastic and quality fresh food businesses
  • Leading and developing a team
  • Motivating your team, driving passion for an awesome customer experience
  • Exploring opportunities to drive the business forward through local partnerships and developing new relationships
  • Ensure excellent Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards are maintained across your sites at all times
  • Continually drive operational best practices
  • Support the growth of the wider business
