As an Instructor at Abbeywood School, you’ll get the opportunity to deliver training and development within your area of expertise which will inspire our young people. You will have on the job experience of catering and ideally a relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards completing one within two years. You will develop work placement opportunities with local employers to help our young people put their skills into practice. Ideally, you’ll have experience of dealing with complex education needs, as you’ll need to connect with our young people – understanding what makes them unique and working to make a real difference to their social and emotional development. But none of this fazes you, as it’s what you’re passionate about and why you’ll fit right in.
